En este trabajo se pretende describir resumidamente la estructura y funcionamiento compe¬titivo del sector de la IA generativa, las posibles restricciones de la competencia facilitadas por el uso de tales sistemas y las posibilidades que éstos ofrecen a las autoridades de com¬petencia para supervisar el mantenimiento de la competencia en los mercados.
